Aquarius Life

In the word of sports which is a section of my life that I embrace and geared towards my improvement I can atest it's worth it. Moreso swimming which has a chunk of in my weekly schedule I can say it has developed me in many ways. First health wise am as good as new . Something about swimming that's an edge compared to other sports is that it offers wide range of therapy to one body. Infact swimming by itself offers a full body workout like going to the gym, you see that. I my request that we engage and chat more about how we can learn how to swim as a beginner until you attain mastery.

Nature love

When you hear of outdoor life what automatically clicks in you mind is just being outside. What if I told you there is more to that . Infact it entails more of the activities we engage in when we are outside. In relation with that wildlife is one of the backbone of many countries in Africa. Viewing of wildlife is an outdoor activity which educates and refreshes all those who have had an opportunity to visit. I have had some wild safaris to parks like Nairobi National park where I have witnessed a lot but there's more . Finally we can chat more of bird watching which I have stories on my trips.

This is important since as per my research I know a person lifestyle affects all areas of his or her life .
