Friendship
I am here to listen and be a safe space. We all need reminding we are really trying our best. Sometimes we have too many obstacles at once. It helps to have someone to sort through them. Sometimes we just need connection and caring. It sounds simple. It can be challenging to see ourselves as connected to others even if we are technically strangers. It’s okay to reach out. Sometimes it’s all you need to shift your thinking and feeling. I’ve had brief interactions that were pivotal, at different times in my life. I like to help others feel validated and capable.
