Losing weight after birth.

Weight gain has been a challenge for both men and women. More so with the nutrition and lifestyle choices we are making. Everyone is always on the run to get some work or something done. We rarely adhere to the schedule of eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dine like a pauper. Women who are given birth both through cesarian section and normal birth have a hard losing weight. They start eating less carolies than they can burn each day. Focus more on taking whole grain meals , fruits and fruits. 30 minutes walk a day can also help.
