I take beauty and body care very seriously because that's how I show love to my body or rather myself. We will engage on the benefits of self love as a whole including how looking beautiful for yourself improves your mental health and your mood as a whole. Also about how good you feel after showing yourself some love, whether you pamper yourself or just have maintenance day.

Understanding learning disabilities

I have some family members that have different disabilities that hinder them from learning. It's quite amusing how people still do not understand learning disabilities and being indenial if their child/family member has one. I want to engage in conversations about how do people with children that have learning disabilities cope, we could definitely learn from each other.

Skin care

There's just this feeling of satisfaction I get after doing my skin care routine. I invest so much in my skin and I always try to ensure it is glowing and has no rash,pimples etc. What do you do to keep your skin glowing? There are soooo many homemade mixtures/remedies to keep the skin radiant and smooth.
