Understanding who you are
Understanding who you are personally is one of the to identifying your problem and where it's coming and how to tackle it. When you know who you are and what you can do and how you feel about some certain things , the next thing is to fine solution to your problem eg, I love ice cream and cannot do without it. In other to reduce the intake of ice cream because it's harmful to my health I replace it with yoghurt, joining group of friends to go out for a drink of alcohol which I know it's another danger to my health I will choose to stay at home to save myself from future pain.I know myself then
