There is so much drama with food sources and wellness today and everyone jumping on the health band wagon, touting themselves as experts because then can set up a camera. As a Plant Based Raw Culinary Arts Chef & Instructor I can help you make magic in your cooking and baking area. Published in 2-Health and Wellness Magazines in Texas, my monthly columns consisted of lifestyle tips, table settings, menus (vegan & meat), wonderful sides and any special day of the month. There's a few Chinese Herbal recipes; a favorite Congee (rice soup) which is beautiful for the 'night after' celebration.
