Aging Gracefully with absolute JOY
Many get anxious as they see old age set in. This ought not to be since it is a natural and expected process. More so when one understands why man lives on earth for a few decades of years then transitions to the next realm, one will prepare and anticipate the next life. However, many senior citizens give no thought to the supernatural world and the age to come and hence anxiety. A healthy discussion on this will do many a lot of good and restore the youthful optimistic smile.
