I have given birth 5 times. Worked hard in the medical field until I retired to care for a disabled child and I never go to the gym.

I have overcome everything sent to break me. I grew up on abuse and narcissistic torment. I was homeless as a teen and have been married and divorced. Girl I promise you I have been there. Difference is I didn’t have me like you do now. I learned as I went and I can help you get out and rebuild something better.

I have learned so much in the past 18 years of being a special needs mom

I have 6 children and 5 of them are on the spectrum. One child is adopted and I have autism myself( late diagnosed). I have conquered the day and some days it is that serious.
