Honesty with self

Here we get to be ourselves, no judgement, sometimes we just need to say what’s honestly in our heads but fear judgement or being misinterpreted, sometimes it’s not easy to tell the people close to us how we really feel , my chats are based on that , just being purely honest and yourself , share insecurities, things that you see happening but just looking the other way and not addressing them because you feel they will bring more turmoil than the one you actually feel. I believe if you can be honest with yourself, it develops you in ways you have never imagined and this is the opportunity!
