As a coach I am here to help you with processes/skills you need to obtain a higher level of organization, structure/function, and well being. I’m here to cheer you on; give you a safe space to be heard and be yourself, to listen with no judgement; hear you with empathy/compassion and hold you accountable for the goals you set for yourself. Sometimes all it takes is a listening ear or outside perspective to guide you in the direction you need. You don't have to become stagnant! Ask yourself one question. Are you truly ready for change? We have provided services to clients in an array of things including assisting with naming their business, creating business logos, choosing layouts/color schemes for a room/office, marketing/promoting, building resumes, creating business letters, choosing career paths, preparing for interviews/employment, brainstorming ideas or approaches, resolving personal issues, web design— the sky is the limit! My goal is to assist you and I am here all the way, to serve and collaborate with you, to find customized solutions that will work for you and your business!

Health & Wellness

During our session, there will be an assessment, we'll map your needs, identity goals, and come up with a plan that works for you. This can range from simply being there to listen; learning information regarding nutrition or fitness; holistic education; stress management; relaxation techniques; somatic techniques (FTF); and bodywork(FTF only). "Curing" is not the intention. Instead, the objective is a higher level of organization, structure, and function achieved by balancing the mental and physical— the entire well-being as a whole. It is a natural drive toward health and optimal functioning.
