I have been put through the ringer in life. You name it, I've been through it. Abandonment, childhood sexual and physical abuse, abusive relationships, teenage pregnancy, severe depression and anxiety, ADHD, addiction, recovery, and loss of loved ones. Years of therapy and training has helped me keep a good head on my shoulders. I'm 45 years old. I've been married 28 years, I have 3 beautiful daughters ages 15, 21, and 27. I've beat my life game. I'm looking forward to helping you beat yours.
