I'm a woman of integrity, few words and one who sticks to her words while respecting all people opinion across all ages. I listen more to what people have to say and make informed decisions. I accept negative criticism to accommodate other people's ideas and reintrospect ING myself too. I respect and honor everyone and their ideas living room for constructive criticism and any alterations there.

Here we chat about health and wellness where we always urge people to watch what they eat and their benefits. People need to know that we don't eat to fill our tummies but rather we eat to have as much needed vital proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, minerals and water in our bodies. So it's not really about just eating anything and everything. Many people need to be educated about diet so they know what they take in and the benefits that goes along with it and also how to manage the resultant outcomes.
TOPIC
This is talk by couples regards their sex lifestyle and choices, so couples need to communicate about their likes and dislikes freely and clearly stating and not have hidden resentments as this would be their whole life partners. Anything out of liking for the other partner should not be enforced on the other partner as such, so continual communication should be held between partners. Changes do come mainly due to circumstances like health challenges and hence continued communication along these lines should always be going on to accommodate each other
TOPIC
This is when people of different sex are in a relationship or marriage and it doesn't seem to work at all. They both think they have tried their best to make the relationship work and they all point fingers to one another. At this point intervention is needed to help both parties take a closer look at themselves, what I call reintrospect ING themselves. By so doing each party will be able to see what part they played in destroying the relationship or marriage. Taking the couples for several sessions of counseling will help them resolve their matters amicably and reviving their relstionships
