It's important to know who you are ,in a world where we are told who we are You constantly need to dig deep in your life,think about your younger self what did the young child experience your upfront greatly affect your life ,what traumas were you exposed to heal my people heal because our traumas make us move in away we are not aware of unconsciously .Do not fear ,fear is the worst enemy you need to be shameless if you made a mistake take your L and move one anywayy YOU CAN'T SHAME THE SHAMELESS!! Love your self greatly exercise ,read invest in your self
