Are you a Christian? i am , but sometimes i struggle with Faith 🙏....is it just me or the more you have a deeper relationship with God the harder it is to remain faithful to Him? 😭 Also do you ever wonder about the stories in the bible how most of them don't give full stories?🤔 And what about the so called "apocryphal" books? I wonder why they are not in the Bible... You wanna talk about the mysteries of the Bible and struggles of being a Christian esp when our Faith is tested? Then what are you waiting for?....c'mon 😅

Healthy Food 🍽️

We all love eating don't we? but when we become fat our insecurities increase and hate what we see in the mirror. Its okay....it's normal, a few healthy habits can change for the better and give you a good outcome. You can go to the Gym yes or work out at home or you just change your diet for the better. A healthy diet doesn't mean eating cabbages alone 😂no! it just means that your following a healthier diet, balance diet for lifestyle or for a certain goal. You can try many recipes to make healthy food interesting but never ever forget to drink water.
