The taste is mild, slightly sweet, and very refreshing. ▪︎Rich in vitamins A, C, and K ▪︎Grows very fast (ready in 4–6 weeks) ▪︎Can be eaten raw in salads or lightly cooked in stir-fries. How to prepare it: You can sauté it with onions, tomatoes and garlic, add it to soups, or simply steam it. Don’t overcook, it tastes best when still crunchy
