Like a big 'ol hug of pure love, light and healing energy that intelligently knows exactly where it needs to go (even if the recipient is not consciously aware). A Reiki Session has many benefits and it's a great idea to set a clear intention for yourself before we begin. Essentially, it's an energetic tune-up! Expect a peaceful, relaxing experience, as well as a general feeling of being lighter. No harm can be done, only good may come :) Reiki is the brightest light, and during a session, you simply get to marinate in it. And yes, it's as lovely as it sounds :)
