Food Safety.

Food safety is major determinant of consumers health, satisfaction and a good nutrition. There are many standards and acts in place that ensures the foods serves the customers want. Example is the Food ,Drugs and Additives Act that ensures that the final food products are wholesome and that only food grade additives are used. An example is the use of Potassium Sorbate in Carbonated soft drinks.
