We all need to release stressors. To de-stress is to physically & / mentally release frustrations, concerns, anxiety, feelings, etc. We can walk, run, swim, climb, do aerobics, exercise, cook or clean to relieve stress. Also, we can meditate, do breathing exercises, listen to music, relax in a park under a tree & bring our minds & bodies to our own peaceful place.
