Life’s a journey, then we learn.
I like being dedicated to awareness and self-reflection. Sometimes our energy just needs to be mirrored, before we can truly see ourselves. I survived a lot and suffered alone, and healed over . I’m still learning. Maybe I’ll learn something from you? Maybe I’ll be the reflection you need? My purpose is to create a space of peace and trauma recovery. Forgiveness is the most important theme. But perception controls that concept of letting go, and letting in. Allowing good. Letting the flash flood pass by you and not through you. Sponge, not container. Forgive yourself to live in deep peace.
