this also includes general tips in terms of macros (calories, carbs, protein, fats). how to properly lose weight, bulk (gain weight) and maintain. i can help with overall best exercises and a routine which are simple, not too complex at all. i will need additional information about you such as height, weight, Male/Female, Age, etc. I’m very experienced with bodybuilding but i have shifted focus towards strength, that doesn’t mean my knowledge disappeared at all tho! i can provide simple meals, supplements (i know a lot about this), tips etc etc.
