Doing what we love apart from work
Most people don't especially adults don't know their hobbies because they got absorbed in work and parenting and chasing the bag and neglected doing what they love. Talking about our hobbies will help us analyze our life and see if we have for our self. We talk about it and follow up to see if we've created for ourselves.
