Great at being a listening ear to anyone going through problems. I've always been a great listener to all my friends, and I get really invested in people's stories. It's a skill that has really helped me in the work place too! I have plenty of work experience in the non-profit field of homeless services, a ton of ops & management experience in many different industries.
