Kalsi was vegetarian for 12 years and vegan for the following 7 years before changing her diet radically. She got very sick and did several elimination diets to fix the GI issues she was experiencing, followed by years of testing with different doctors. She would love to discuss the differences in her diet from then until now and how she healed her gut to anyone else that may be suffering from the same.
