Compliance Agreement for Content Creators

🔷 Consent and Rights

I certify that I have the legal right to upload, distribute, and make public the content on Premium.Chat. I further certify that all persons depicted have given informed written consent to:

• Be depicted in the content.

• Allow public distribution of the content, including uploading it to Premium.Chat.

• Have the content made available for download, if applicable.

🔶 Age Verification

I certify under penalty of perjury that every individual depicted in the content was at least 18 years old at the time of production. I am able to provide supporting documents upon request.

🔶 Identity Verification

I certify under penalty of perjury that I have reviewed and verified a valid government-issued photo ID for each individual depicted. I have confirmed both their identity and that they were 18 years of age or older at the time the content was created.

🔶 Documentation Maintenance

I certify under penalty of perjury that I have inspected and am maintaining all documentation required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, including:

• Government-issued IDs.

• Signed consent/release forms.

• Records verifying identity and age.

These documents will be provided upon request to ensure compliance with legal standards and platform policies.

I certify that I have secured signed written consent or release from every identifiable individual in the content, authorizing use of their image, name, and likeness for public display and download via Premium.Chat.

I further certify that all submissions otherwise comply with the Terms of Service Agreement, and do not involve any Prohibited or Illegal content.
