Consent and Rights

I certify that I have the legal right to upload, distribute, and publicly share the content I submit to Premium.Chat. I further confirm that all individuals featured in the content have provided informed, written consent to:

• Appear in the content.
• Allow public distribution of the content, including uploading it to Premium.Chat.
• Permit the content to be made available for download, if applicable.

Age Assurance

I certify that I have verified the age of every identifiable individual in the content and confirm that all individuals were of legal age to participate, as required by relevant laws in their country of residence. Supporting documentation is available upon request.

Platform Recordkeeping Agreement

I acknowledge and agree that Premium.Chat, as the merchant of record, collects and retains all required documentation for each Content provider, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification

• Biometric and facial comparison data

• Age verification results and metadata

• Signed consent and release forms

Identity Verification

I confirm that I have reviewed and verified the identity of each individual featured in the content using a valid government-issued ID or equivalent legal identification.

Documentation Maintenance

I maintain complete and accurate records for all submitted content, including:

• Government-issued IDs or legal proof of identity
• Signed release or consent forms
• Documentation verifying participant age (where applicable)

These documents will be provided upon request to ensure compliance with platform policies and applicable law.

Consent and Release Forms

I certify that I have secured signed written consent or release from each identifiable individual featured in the content, authorizing the use of their name, image, voice, and likeness for display, public sharing, and download through Premium.Chat.

Terms Compliance

I certify that all my activities otherwise comply with the Terms of Service Agreement and do not involve any prohibited or illegal content. This includes a strict prohibition against any illegal activities or violations of Card Brand Rules.
