Our Compliance Center outlines the standards, rules, and enforcement measures that ensure all activity on our platform meets legal and regulatory requirements, including Card Brand Rules, U.S. federal and state laws, and international standards.
All users—Chat Sellers and Chat Buyers—are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or distributing content that includes:
Minors (real, simulated, or implied)
Non-consensual content
Human trafficking, coercion, or modern slavery
Violence, abuse, or threats
Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
Personally identifiable information (PII) without consent
Illegal activities or the promotion of such

Violations will result in immediate action, including content removal, account suspension or termination, and potential legal referral.
Premium.Chat employs a hybrid moderation system, including:
AI content scanning
Biometric and facial ID verification through trusted third-party providers
Manual human review by our Trust & Safety team
User reporting tools for community enforcement
All flagged content is promptly reviewed and addressed according to our enforcement policies.
All Chat Sellers must complete identity verification prior to offering services. This includes:
Document upload (e.g., government-issued ID)
Biometric selfie verification
Facial match review
Buyers in certain jurisdictions (Arkansas, Virginia, Mississippi, Utah, Louisiana, and Texas) are also required to verify their age before accessing adult content.
Users can report issues at any time via our Contact Page. When submitting a report, please include as much detail as possible, including Chat ID, profile name, and a description of the issue. Reports are handled confidentially and reviewed by our Trust & Safety Team within 72 hours and solved within 7 business days or less.
Depending on the severity of a violation, the following actions may be taken:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Forfeiture of pending payouts
Legal notification (when required)
Premium.Chat reserves the right to enforce these rules at its sole discretion to protect the platform and its community.
If your account has been restricted or terminated and you believe this was done in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting our team.
