What are the different availability statuses for sellers on the Premium.chat platform?

Statuses Overview

The Premium.Chat platform offers various statuses for sellers to help manage their availability and ensure a seamless experience for both sellers and users. These statuses are:


Available

This status indicates that you are currently available to take chat requests. You can set this status in your availability settings, allowing users to know when they can reach out to you for a chat.


Online

The Online status means that you have been active on the platform within the last 20 minutes. This status is automatically adjusted for you and helps your profile appear more prominently by flashing to users who see it. Staying active and logging in regularly increases your chances of getting more chats and improving your visibility.


Busy

The Busy status is displayed when you are currently engaged in a chat with another user. This lets other users know that you are not available for new chat requests at that moment.


Offline

The Offline status means that you are unavailable to take chat requests. You can switch to this status manually if you need a break or have other commitments.


Live Mode
Live Mode on Premium.Chat


Live Mode allows buyers to instantly connect with you in real-time. When activated, your profile appears with a special Live indicator so users know you’re ready to chat immediately.
 

While Live Mode is on:
 

  • You must stay active in your browser and on the site.

  • You’re required to respond to Live requests within 30 seconds.

  • Every 5 minutes, you’ll be prompted to confirm that you’re still available.

  • Missed or slow responses will reduce your visibility and may impact your account standing.
     

⚠️ Important: Only enable Live Mode when you can respond instantly and are fully present to accept chats. Frequent missed Live requests may lead to this feature being disabled from your account.
 

💡 Tip: Staying responsive while Live can significantly boost your visibility, engagement, and earnings.
 

⏱️ Live Mode shortens the contacting phase, helping you connect faster with buyers who are eager to chat with you. Our goal is to create instant, real-time interactions—so responding quickly is important, as that’s exactly what buyers expect from you.
 

When you’re done using Live Mode, it’s recommended to manually switch your status back to Available.

Our system will automatically switch you out of Live Mode if you fail to respond to the activity pop-up or become inactive after 5 minutes, but manually adjusting it yourself helps you avoid penalties and maintain good standing.
 



Scheduling Your Status

Additionally, you can set a custom schedule on the Premium.Chat platform. This feature allows you to automatically switch your status from Available to Offline—or vice versa—according to your preferred working hours. This ensures that you are available to users when it’s most convenient for you while making it easy to manage your availability on the platform.
