You have 5 minutes to respond to each chat request. If you’re a little late responding, you can send a missed chat request back to your customer automatically, to let them know you’re now available.

Yes, you may disable a widget. If you disable a widget it will not be seen on your profile which means none of your contacts will be able to use it again while it's disabled. If you added the widget code to your website it will disappear.
To disable the widget, go to your Seller > Dashboard click on the 3 dots on the right side of the widget, then click on "Disable Widget" from the drop-down menu.
You will be able to re-enable, edit, or delete your widget from your dashboard anytime. At the bottom of your widget list it will say "Active" and "Inactive". Just click on "Inactive" and you can re-enable any inactive widgets from the inactive widgets page.

The "Payments" tab on Premium.Chat is used by sellers to manage and enable additional payment options. This feature allows sellers to solicit additional miscellaneous payments, making it easier for buyers to pay them. This feature is available to sellers only so buyers can send direct payments. By using the "Fees" tab, sellers can streamline the payment process, ensuring a smooth and convenient transaction experience for their clients.
For Sellers: Go to bottom of Public Profile page and click on "Delete account" link below the save button.
Keep in mind that once all associated information is deleted, it cannot be restored under any circumstances. You must retain your seller account in order to be paid. We can't make payments to an account that has been closed. However, should you decide to open a new account, you are welcome to do so from our homepage.
