What is your refund policy?

Our goal is to exceed your expectations with every chat experience. While we do not offer refunds in most cases—because sellers dedicate their time to be available for you—we do make exceptions for verified technical issues that may prevent delivery of the service.
 

If you believe a technical issue occurred, please contact our billing support team and include your chat session ID (found on your Receipts page) and the username of the person you chatted with.
